Horrible boat buying experience. Damon was extremely fast to take my deposit to hold the boat and after that he was almost impossible to get ahold of. I put the deposit down in August and did not drive away with my boat until the end of October and I was already pre approved for a loan. He also did not tell me the boat i was buying still had a lien on it which also made the process take longer. Over the course of a few months I would constantly call for updates and send emails and rarely hear back from him. The thing that upset me the most was about the boat trailer. My boat surveyor does not normally look over trailers. Damon assured me that he had the boat pulled into the garage and inspected from head to toe and was fully road worthy. But in reality the break like was severed in half and all of the tires were within 15psi to 20psi under inflated. Totally unacceptable and I made it clear that I would be towing the boat around with my 2 small children so it was very important to me to have a road worthy trailer. I’ve had the boat for about a month now and sent out an email to Damon(Over a week ago) about the DMV paperwork and still have not gotten a response from him. Even though I got a good boat and fixed the trailer issues I would NEVER buy a boat from here and I advise other people not to buy a boat from here as well.

Damon at Pier 47 saved the day for us!! We were on the way to take our jet skis out and broke down. We called Damon and he had a new trailer available. We came in, bought the trailer, and they switched everything over for us within an hour so we could still enjoy our day. Pier 47 just gained a new loyal customer. Thank you to Damon and your team for all you do! We appreciate it so much.

Reasonable pricing, professional staff, well maintained boats. A fun day out for a group looking for something different. My only issue (if it actually is one) was the map they supply for waterways to follow. Not being used to traveling on waterways, it was a bit confusing when showing where to go, and more importantly, where not to go.

We rented a pontoon boat here. They have pontoon rentals from 8 am to 12 pm or 1 pm to 5 pm. Beautiful location and the staff was awesome, really laid back and very knowledgeable as well. They also have other kinds of boats to rent and you can also rent fishing rods and bait. The pontoon was very nice, in good condition and can comfortably accommodate 6-7 people. We had a great time on the bay. I would definitely come back. Remember to make a reservation because they get very busy!
